Matching in beta by invitation — funding being explored

Event sponsorship and funding

Promoters pay artist fees, production and security months before the first euro comes in. Two ways to ease that: sponsor matching, already built and in beta, and event funding, still being explored.

Where each piece stands

Sponsor matching is built and running in our staging environment; we are opening access by invitation. Event funding does not exist: no product, no price, no date. Leave your email to join the first wave of the match — and we will tell you here if funding ever gets built.

The problem

Promoters are the ones fronting the cash

Between signing the artist and selling the first ticket there are months of costs coming straight out of your pocket.

Artist fees paid upfront

The artist takes a deposit on signing and the rest before walking on stage. It is usually the biggest outlay, and it lands before you have sold a thing.

Production and build

Stage, sound, lighting, barriers and crew are booked weeks in advance, almost always with payment upfront.

Security, insurance and permits

Safety plan, public liability insurance and council fees. Without them there is no event, and they are paid before doors open.

Marketing before any sales

The campaign that fills the venue is paid for while box office revenue is still zero.

Available today

What Futura Tickets already does with your money

This is not a promise: it is how payouts work today, in production.

You get paid before the event

We settle weekly or monthly before the event takes place, not after. Monthly on Starter, weekly on Pro, custom on Enterprise.

A fee per ticket sold

It depends on the plan. No setup fee and no monthly fee: you only pay when you sell.

Cashless settled in under 48 hours

Bar spend is settled to the promoter in less than 48 hours. Cashless is in beta.

When promoters get paid, by platform

Payout timings compared. Every other platform pays out after the event.

The real status

Where each piece stands

Sponsor matching is already built. Funding is still an idea.

Matching: beta · Funding: does not exist

Sponsor matching — in beta

An engine that matches your event's real data (audience, territory, capacity, category) against a catalogue of brands and proposes the ones that fit, with the reason and with age-related legal restrictions already resolved. It is built and running in our staging environment; we are opening access by invitation.

Matching: beta · Funding: does not exist

Event funding — being explored

Fronting part of the production cost before sales open and paying it back from box office revenue. That needs financial partners and a risk model we do not have yet. There is no implementation and no commitment to build it.

What each status means

“Beta” means built and being tested, with access by invitation: you can ask to join today. “Being explored” means we measure demand before building; if we decide not to, we will say so here.

Where the product actually stands

So it is clear what you can use today and what you cannot. No small print.

Matching in beta by invitation — funding being explored

Request beta access

The match is opening by invitation: this list is the first wave in. If funding ever gets built, we will announce it right here. Not a marketing newsletter.

In the meantime

What you can do today is get paid before the event with the platform that is already in production.

We only use your email to tell you about this. Ask us to delete it whenever you want.
